MEN'S SWIMMING
Keven Stahl | York | So.
Stafford, Va. | Home schooled
Stahl won the 500 and 1,000 freestyle races in the Spartans' victory over St. Mary's on Saturday. He notched a time of 4:43.55 in the 500 freestyle and touched the wall in a time of 9:45.20 in the 1,000 free. He won the 500 by over 45 seconds and took first in the 1,000 by over two minutes. Stahl's 1,000 time ranks eighth in Division III so far this season, while his 500 time is 18th nationally.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING
Brenna Litynski | St. Mary's | So.
Hollywood, Md. | Home schooled
Litynski raced to three individual and two relay wins last week in a pair of meets for the Seahawks. Her top times came against York, as she touched first in both the 200 freestyle (1:57.18) and the 100 freestyle (54.49). Both times rank first in the CAC this season, while her 200 freestyle mark is 18th in Division III.
