Fourth-Seeded Salisbury Claims 2007 CAC Baseball Tournament Championship
Fourth-seeded Salisbury University claimed the 2007 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) baseball tournament championship on Sunday afternoon. The Sea Gulls defeated second-seeded Mary Washington, 22-5, in the championship contest. It is the second conseuctive conference championship for the Sea Gulls and their seventh overall. Salisbury will be making their 13th appearance in the upcoming NCAA tournament which will begin on May 16.
