Complete Academic All-District Baseball Team

Frostburg State senior catcher Zach Keeler and Salisbury senior outfielder Kyle Goodwin were named to the Academic All-District II Team, announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Thursday.

The honor is the second straight for Keeler and first for Goodwin. Both players are now eligible to be selected to the Academic All-America Team, which will be announced later this month. The CAC has had 15 baseball players receive Academic All-America honors, including Keeler last spring.

To be eligible for nomination, a student-athlete must carry a minimum 3.30 cumulative grade-point average and be a starter or key reserve on his team.
