Plappert tallied five goals in a high-scoring 1-1 week for the Spartans. She began the week with two goals in a 4-3 loss to No. 8 Salisbury. Trailing 3-0 at the half, Plappert notched the first two scores of the second half to pull the Spartans within striking distance. Against Mary Washington later in the week, she registered a hat trick in a hard-fought 4-3 victory. For the season, Plappert has 31 points on 13 goals and five assists. She has two game-winning goals and is 3-for-3 in penalty strokes for the year.

Muir pieced together a record-setting week while leading the Captains to three victories, including a pair of shutouts. Anchoring the back line, Muir was the lone Captain to play all 288 minutes during the week, including 78 in an overtime marathon against No. 15 Johns Hopkins on Monday. During that time, she broke the program's career record for minutes played, which now stands at 4,768.

Smizer totaled 36 saves last week in the cage for the Bobcats.

Despite surrendering three scores, two of them came on penalty strokes awarded during the contest at York. Farrace turned away six shots that she faced in goal, allowing only one goal in the normal course of play, and notched her fourth shutout of the year against St. Mary's.
