2019 CAC Men's Basketball Tournament Bracket

Christopher Newport and York both clinched a share of the men's basketball regular season title after notching 12-2 records in conference play. CNU earned the No. 1 seed for the upcoming CAC Men's Basketball Tournament by winning a coin flip tiebreaker. The Captains are 22-3 overall on the season, while York is 19-6 on the season. 

Christopher Newport will host No. 8 seed Southern Virginia (0-14 CAC) on Tuesday in conference quarterfinal action at 8 p.m., while York will be the No. 2 seed and welcome No. 7 seed St. Mary's (4-10 CAC) for a 7 p.m. contest. 

The third-seeded Mary Washington Eagles posted a 9-5 conference mark and will host the No. 6 seed Penn State Harrisburg Lions (5-9 CAC) in Tuesday's tournament opener scheduled for 8 p.m. The other CAC tournament quarterfinal will feature No. 4 Salisbury (8-6 CAC) playing host to No. 5 Frostburg State (6-8) in a matchup slated for 8 p.m.

First Round - Tuesday, Feb. 19

Semifinal Round - Thursday, Feb. 21 
Game 5: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2 (at highest remaining seed)

Championship - Saturday, Feb. 23
Game 7: Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6 (at highest remaining seed)
