Wesley Golf Team Ranked 13th In 2008-09 Preseason Poll
The Wesley College golf team is ranked 13th in the 2008 Preseason GolfWorld/Nike Division III Coaches Poll.
The Wolverines finished seventh at the NCAA Division III Championships in 2007 and won their 11th consecutive conference championship with a victory at the Capital Athletic Conference Championships.
Wesley returns CAC Champion Chris Osberg and All-CAC pick Andrew Geyer to lead a team that must replace All-American Will Scarborough, all-region selection Mike Rushin and All-CAC golfer Riley Powers.
The Wolverines open play at the Ted Keller Invitational hosted by Randolph-Macon at the Hunting Hawk Golf Club in Glen Allen, Virginia on September 13-14.
