York freshman KEVIN LONG was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week after winning medalist honors with a one-over-par 71 at the Ursinus Invitational, leading the Spartans to the team crown. He also posted a three-over-par 74 to tie for fourth place overall, and lead YCP to second place in the team standings, at F&M’s Bent Creek Invitational.

Wesley sophomore ROBERT EHRHARDT was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week after leading the Wolverines to a tie for third place in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Invitational Tournament at Hershey (Pa.) Country Club Monday. Ehrhardt, who carded a pair of 77s in the two day tournament, was in a five-way tie for first place after 18 holes before finishing tied for third on the individual leaderboard.

York junior ADAM DUPLER was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week for March 29 after leading the Spartans to the team title in the York Invitational. Dupler, the 2009 CAC Player and Rookie of the Year, carded a two-over-par 74 to finish in fourth place overall and first among CAC competitors.
Stevenson's Kyle Gerard Named CAC Golfer Of The Week

Stevenson sophomore KYLE GERARD was selected as the last CAC Golfer of the Week March 20 after leading the Mustangs at the season-opening Lynchburg Hornet Invitational. Gerard finished third with a 36-hold total of 159. He was one shot off the lead after the first round, and was one of just nine golfers to break 80 on the second day of play.

Hood senior EVAN CHANEY (Frederick, Md./Brunswick) was selected as the last CAC Golfer of the Week for the Fall 2010 season after setting the school record with a four-over-par 76 at the Messiah Fall Classic, which was rescheduled to Oct. 19 after being rained out earlier in the month. Chaney tied freshman teammate Jake Cole, York’s Adam Dupler and three other golfers for fifth place overall and led the Blazers to a tie for first place with Messiah in the team standings.

Stevenson senior BRIAN SPINAZZOLA (Baltimore, Md./Boys Latin) was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week after finishing second out of 60 golfers at the Gettysburg Invitational. Spinazzola carded a three-over 75, three shots off the pace, to lead the Mustangs to a tie for fourth place in the team standings. It equaled his season-best total.

Stevenson freshman BEN LUKEHART (Baltimore, Md./Mt. Carmel) was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week after earning medalist honors in the Mustangs’ match victory over CAC rival Hood. Lukehardt carded two birdies and 11 pars on the way to a 74 at Piney Branch G.C., the site of the 2011 CAC Championship. He boasts a 76.8 average this season with a pair of top 10 finishes for the Mustangs.

Stevenson senior BRIAN SPINAZZOLA (Jacksonville, Md./Boys Latin) was tabbed as the CAC Golfer of the Week after earning all-tournament honors at the Penn State-Harrisburg Fall Classic. Spinazzola carded a two-day total of 152 (75-77) to lead the Mustangs to sixth place. Through four rounds this season, Spinazzola has a 79.0 average.

Wesley sophomore Robert Ehrhardt (Mechanicsville, Md./Chopticon) was selected as the CAC Golfer of the Week after finishing in a tie for second at the Bent Creek Invitational, hosted by Franklin & Marshall College. Ehrhardt carded a two-over-par 73 at Monday’s one-day tournament to lead the Wolverines.
