Babson's Jackson Rothwell Achieves CAC Men's Golfer of the Week Honors
CAC -- The Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) has announced its weekly awards following the second week of the 2019-20 men's golf campaign. Babson freshman Jackson Rothwell claimed CAC Men's Golfer of the Week honors after a high finish at Middlebury's Duke Nelson Invitational.
GOLFER OF THE WEEK: Jackson Rothwell - Babson
Babson freshman Jackson Rothwell tied for second place with a 36-hole total of 1-over par 143 at Middlebury's Duke Nelson Invitational on September 14-15. He opened with a season-best round of 2-under 69 and followed it up with a 3-over 74 to record his second consecutive top-three finish to begin the year.

LEAGUE NOTES
Junior Jason Li of the Carnegie Mellon University men's golf team helped the Tartans to a sixth-place showing at the 2019 NCAA Division III Preview over the weekend held at the par-72, 6,902-yard PGA National Champion Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Li tied for 13th individually in a field of 90 golfers with a 54-hole score of 222. The junior posted rounds of 78, 68 and 76. His second round score of four-under par 68 was his second lowest collegiate round.
