2006 CAC Men's Soccer Tournament Bracket Released

The York (Pa.) men’s soccer team, ranked third in the country in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of Amercia (NSCAA) poll, will enter the 2006 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) men’s soccer tournament as the number one seed. The Spartans will face eighth-seeded Hood College in the quarterfinal round. The University of Mary Washington claimed the number two seed and will face seventh-seeded Catholic. St. Mary’s (Md.) and Salisbury secured the number three and four seeds, respectively. The Seahawks will host Goucher in the opening round of the tournament while Salisbury will play host to Marymount (Va.) in the final first round match-up. All opening round contests will be played on Sunday, October 29, at the sites of the four top seeds.
