Mary Washington's Carey and St. Mary's Balogun Collect United Soccer Coaches All-America Honors

United Soccer Coaches Men's All-America Team

Mary Washington senior Justin Carey and St. Mary's junior Khalid Balogun received All-America honors from the United Soccer Coaches. Carey was named a first-team All-American, while Balogun collected second-team accolades.

Carey, the CAC Player of the Year, scored a team-high eight goals and added three assists for 19 points. Three of his scores proved to be game winners. He netted game winners at nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins, at St. Mary's, and at Frostburg State. Carey becomes the seventh All-America pick in program history, and first since 1997.

Balogun landed on the second team, picking up the program's second consecutive All-America award after Juwan Kearson became the first-ever All-American for the Seahawk men's soccer program last season.
