Conference-Record 27 CAC Student-Athletes Qualify for NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships

For the second straight year, a conference-record number of athletes will represent the CAC at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This spring, 27 student-athletes from five CAC institutions have qualified for the national championship meet, set for May 21-23 at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y.

Wesley earned the most spots in the field with a total of nine men qualifying for the championships, while Christopher Newport and Salisbury received eight selections each. Frostburg State and York will both send one student-athlete to the meet.
