York Clinches Fifth CAC Men's Cross Country Championship

York placed all seven runners in the top-18 to capture its fifth overall CAC men's cross country title on Saturday at the 2019 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Men's Cross Country Championship on their home turf at Reservor Park on the campus of York College. The Spartans captured back-to-back titles scoring 36 points total.
York Hosts CAC Cross Country Championships This Saturday

The 2019 CAC Cross Country Championships will be hosted by York College at Reservoir Park (adjacent to campus) in York, Pa. on Saturday (Nov. 2). Race time for the men's 8k is 11 a.m., followed by the women's 8k at noon.

Coming off its fourth Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) title in the last eight seasons, York was selected as the preseason favorite in the 2019 CAC Men's Cross Country Preseason Poll. The Spartans received four first-place votes and 24 points to earn top billing in a vote among the conference head coaches.
