Romano led the Bobcats with a seventh-place finish out of a field over 250 runners at the DeSales Invitational. He completed the course in 26:15.2, marking his fifth-consecutive top-10 effort in as many meets in the 2018 campaign.

Edwards won the 3k during the CNU Invitational on Saturday at Lee Hall Mansion. During the race, he established a new course record with a time of 9:03. That shaved 10 seconds off the previous mark established by former All-American JJ LaPointe last year. His clocking also beat the next closest competitor by 11 seconds during the competition.

Stirling led Mary Washington to a first-place team finish over Virginia State and Virginia Union at the UMW Invitational, finishing second overall at 28:42.
