2019 CAC Women's Basketball Tournament Bracket 

Christopher Newport clinched the CAC women's basketball regular season title and the top seed in the CAC Tournament with a 92-66 victory at Penn State Harrisburg. The Captains finished with a conference record of 11-3 and are 20-5 overall on the year. 

Christopher Newport and Southern Virignia entered Saturday's regular season finales with a game separating them atop the CAC standings, but both earned wins on the final day as SVU finished at 10-4 in league play and the No. 2 seed. CNU will host No. 8 St. Mary's (3-11 CAC) in quarterfinal action on Tuesday, Feb. 19 while Southern Virginia will welcome No. 7 Penn State Harrisburg (4-10 CAC) to begin conference tournament play. 

Salisbury earned the third seed with an 8-6 CAC mark and will battle No. 6 York (6-8 CAC) on Tuesday. Both Mary Washington and Frostburg State recorded 7-7 records in league action this season, but UMW's victory over CNU earlier in the year gives them the tiebreaker and the No. 4 seed. Frostburg State, the No. 5 seed, will travel to Mary Washington for CAC Tournament Quarterfinal action on Tuesday.

First Round - Tuesday, Feb. 19 
Game 1: #8 St. Mary's (Md.) at #1 Christopher Newport, 6 pm
Game 2: #5 Frostburg State at #4 Mary Washington, 6 pm
Game 3: #7 Penn State Harrisburg at #2 Southern Virginia, 7 pm
Game 4: #6 York (Pa.) at #3 Salisbury, 6 pm

Semifinal Round - Thursday, Feb. 21 
Game 5: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2 (at highest remaining seed)
Game 6: Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4 (at highest remaining seed)

Championship - Saturday, Feb. 23
Game 7: Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6 (at highest remaining seed)
