2007 Capital Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Team 

The University of Mary Washington, the 2007 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) tournament runner-up put a total of six players on the women's lacrosse All-CAC team as released today by the conference office. The Eagles had four players selected to the first team and two selections on the second team. Salisbury University, the five-time defending conference champion, placed five players total on the all-conference team. The Sea Gulls had three first team honorees and two second team selections. Both St. Mary's (Md.) and Goucher had four players named to the team.

Catholic freshman midfielder Kate Robinson was chosen as the Rookie of the Year while Salisbury junior attacker Sue Ackermann was selected as the Player of the Year. After leading his team to a current overall record of 18-1 and fifth consecutive CAC title, head coach Jim Nestor of Salisbury was chosen by his peers as the 2007 CAC Coach of the Year.
