CAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament Bracket

Salisbury and Mary Washington picked up wins on the final day of the CAC women's lacrosse regular season on Wednesday, officially finalizing the seeds and matchups for the upcoming CAC Tournament. 

The seven-team CAC Tournament is set to begin on Saturday (April 27) with three first-round matchups set for this upcoming weekend.

No. 3 Mary Washington (14-3, 4-2 CAC) will host No. 6 Frostburg State (4-13, 1-5 CAC) in Fredericksburg, while No. 4 St. Mary's (9-7, 3-2 CAC) will host No. 5 Christopher Newport (8-9, 2-4 CAC) in St. Mary's City. Saturday's third matchup will feature No. 2 York welcoming No. 7 Southern Virginia to Pennsylvania. Winners will advance to the CAC semifinals next Tuesday, April 30. 

No. 1 Salisbury (15-2, 6-0 CAC) will meet the St. Mary's/CNU winner, while the York/SVU and FSU/UMW winners will face-off in the other semifinal. 

The CAC Championship is set for Saturday, May 4, with the conference champion earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Game 2 - #7 Southern Virginia at #2 York (Pa.)

#1 Salisbury receives first-round bye

Semifinal Round - Tuesday, April 30
Game 4 - Winner Game 1 at #1 Salisbury
Game 5 - Winner Game 2 vs. Winner Game 3 (at highest remaining seed)

Championship - Saturday, May 4
Game 5 - Winner Game 4 vs. Winner Game 5 (at highest remaining seed)
