Christopher Newport Quartet Collects United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors
2017 United Soccer Coaches Women's All-South Atlantic Region Teams
Four Christopher Newport women's soccer players have been named to the United Soccer Coaches All-South Atlantic Region Team, announced by the organization on Tuesday evening.
Senior Danielle Pratt, junior Gabby Gillis and freshman Riley Cook nabbed first-team honors, while sophomore Keiley McCarthy picked up second-team accolades for the Captains. Pratt and Gillis were repeat first-team all-region selections.
The Captains claimed their second-straight CAC title this fall and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
