The third-seeded Mary Washington Eagles captured the 2019 CAC Women's Soccer Tournament Championship after a dominant 4-0 victory over fourth-seeded York. With the win, UMW earned its 14th league title and first since 2009.

The 2019 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Women's Soccer Awards have been revealed with Christopher Newport junior Riley Cook being named CAC Offensive Player of the Year, while her CNU teammate senior Keiley McCarthy claimed CAC Defensive Player of the Year honors. Salisbury's Kasey Lamb garnered CAC Rookie of the Year accolades along with CNU senior Carson Pokorny who collected CAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year recognition.
