Litynski raced to three individual and two relay wins last week in a pair of meets for the Seahawks. Her top times came against York, as she touched first in both the 200 freestyle (1:57.18) and the 100 freestyle (54.49). Both times rank first in the CAC this season, while her 200 freestyle mark is 18th in Division III.

Rebecca Marsh | Frostburg State | Jr.
Marsh picked up two wins in Frostburg's defeat of Salisbury on Saturday. She took home wins in the 800-meter freestyle (10:19.50) and the 400-meter freestyle (4:57.85). 

Carley Vaughn | Mary Washington | Jr.
Vaughn was part of a winning relay as well as a pair of individual races for Mary Washington in a 170-90 win at Division II Barton College on Saturday. She started the day with the 200 yard medley relay, as she, Mary Zagrobelny, Erin Whitesell, and Sydney Hall touched first at 1:52.04. Vaughn won the 200 fly at 2:11.16, and won the 100 fly at 1:00.60.

Natalie Eakin | Salisbury | So.
Eakin won the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 28.62 seconds and was a part of the 200-meter freestyle relay team that placed first.

Andrea Sturgis | York | Sr.
Sturgis won a pair of events in the Spartans victory over St. Mary's on Saturday in St. Mary's City. Sturgis won the 500 and 1000 freestyle races. She notched a time of 5:29.15 in the 500 freestyle while she touched the wall in a time of 11:08.46 in the 1000 free.
