2007 CAC Women's Tennis Tournament Pairings Released
The University of Mary Washington locked up the number one seed in the upcoming Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) women's tennis tournament, earning a first round bye. The Eagles, who are pursuing their fourth consecutive conference title and 15th overall will begin their tournament in the semifinal round by hosting the winner of the quarterfinal contest between #4 Goucher and #5 York (Pa.). Salisbury University is the number two seed in the tournament and will host #7 Gallaudet University in their opening round contest. Catholic University finished the conference regular season as the third seed and will host sixth-seeded St. Mary's (Md.) in quarterfinal action. All opening round contests will be played on Tuesday, April 17, at the sites of the higher seeds.
