Mary Washington's Lindsay Raulston and Shelby Harris Named ITA All-Americans

Complete ITA All-America Team

A pair of Mary Washington women's tennis standouts - senior Lindsay Raulston and sophomore Shelby Harris - have been honored as 2014 All-Americans by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

Raulston earned All-America honors in both singles and doubles for the second straight year, while Harris nabbed doubles accolades for the second consecutive season.

Raulston and Harris advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals of the doubles tournament before falling in a three-set match to Pomona-Pitzer.

In NCAA singles play, Raulston captured a first round win before dropping her round of 16 matchup in three sets to Ria Gerger of Middlebury.

Raulston ranked 20th nationally in singles, while Raulston and Harris finished sixth in the nation as a doubles tandem - the highest ending rank for any doubles team in head coach Patrick Catullo's tenure.

The Eagles finished the season ranked 21st in the nation, and sixth in the Atlantic South region.
