Mary Washington senior Lindsay Raulston (Franklin, Va./Southampton Academy) was selected as the CAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week after posting 3-0 marks in both singles and doubles last week. Raulston captured each of her No. 1 singles matchups in straight sets, including a 6-2, 6-1 decision against 19th-ranked Skidmore. She also teamed with Shelby Harris for a trio of doubles wins, helping the Eagles to a 2-1 team mark.

Mary Washington sophomore Shelby Harris was honored as the CAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for March 25, 2014. Harris went 3-0 in doubles and 2-1 in singles play in a 2-1 week for the Eagles. She teamed with Lindsay Raulston for a trio of victories at No. 1 doubles, and topped her singles opponents in straight sets against both Elizabethtown and Swarthmore.

St. Mary’s junior Emily Stumpfig was awarded as the CAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for March 18, 2014. Stumpfig picked up two wins in the Seahawks only contest last week against Division II Kutztown. She partnered with Shannon Ramsey for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles, before posting a dominant 6-2, 6-0 triumph at No. 2 singles.

Christopher Newport freshman LOGAN ELDRIDGE was selected as the CAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for Sept. 18, 2013, after winning the 4th singles flight title at the Shenandoah Invitational. Eldridge was 3-0 in singles play to win the crown, and added a doubles win with Katie Carlson in both tournaments the Captains competed in to open the season.
