Salisbury's Laura Brown Selected CAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. -- Salisbury sophomore transfer Laura Brown was selected as the CAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week for Feb. 26, 2019.

Salisbury's Laura Brown, a transfer, made the most of her first weekend with Salisbury. Brown went 4-0 with a pair of wins in both singles and doubles. At No. 2 doubles, she teamed with Taylor Cooper for wins of 8-2 and 8-0 against Methodist and Franklin & Marshall, respectively. In singles, playing at No. 2, she won 6-2, 6-2 against Methodist and 6-1, 6-3 against F&M. The Methodist wins were special, as she played there last season before transferring.
