CAC champion Christopher Newport was knocked out of the NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament Saturday with a 3-0 loss vs. Eastern while CAC runner up Salisbury was eliminated Friday by Stevenson. 

In ECAC Tournament action, Marymount won one match but lost in the championship match to host Bethany.

In the NCAA Tournament regional at Juniata Friday, Christopher Newport outlasted Cabrini by a 3-2 margin, but Salisbury dropped a 3-0 decision vs. Stevenson.  The Sea Gulls ended the season with a 29-6 overall record.

Saturday at Juniata, the Captains were shut out by Eastern, ending the Captains' season with a 25-13 overall record.

In the ECAC Championship at Bethany, W.Va., Marymount won its first-round match by a 3-0 count over Grove City.  The Saints, who boast a 20-15 overall record, then dropped a 3-0 decision as Bethany won its fourth-straight ECAC South title.
