Mary Washington's Troy, Powers Claim Top AVCA All-Region Honors;
Six CAC volleyball players were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-North-Region team, highlighted by Mary Washington head coach Matt Troy and freshman Savannah Powers as the regional Coach and Rookie of the Year, respectively.
Five players landed on the All-North-Region first team, with Powers earning honorable mention honors. On the first team were Salisbury's Katie Stouffer, Christopher Newport's Hannah Miller, St. Mary's Alli Graf, Marymount's Cailyn Thomas, and Mary Washington's Emma Olson.
