NCAA Volleyball Bracket

For the second straight year, Mary Washington and Christopher Newport will represent the CAC in the NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament, beginning on Friday. Mary Washington was selected as one of eight hosts of eight-team regional tournaments, with CNU also headed to Fredericksburg for opening round action.

This marks the third time in the last four years that multiple CAC teams will compete in the NCAA Tournament. UMW is making its second straight appearance, while CNU qualified for NCAA's for the 10th straight time.

UMW, which earned its first CAC championship since 1991 with a win over CNU on Saturday, will face off against Cabrini in Friday's opening round. CNU will take on Johns Hopkins, while other matchups include Randolph-Macon vs. Stevenson and Juniata vs. Meredith.

The winner of the eight-team regional will advance to the Elite Eight.
