St. Mary's Wins Hood Open; Christopher Newport and York Notch Top-Three Finishes at CNU Invitational

With the Capital Athletic Conference Championship meet only two weeks away, all 10 CAC women's cross country teams competed on Saturday, with many of them completing their final tuneup prior to the championship meet. 

St. Mary's captured the title at the Hood Open, while Christopher Newport claimed second at its invitational, with York close behind in third. York's Jess Miller led the pack of CAC runners at CNU, nabbing seventh. Keighly Bradbrook took sixth for St. Mary's to pace the Seahawks to the crown.

Gettysburg Invitational – Salisbury 13th, Marymount 22nd, Frostburg State 23rd, Penn State Harrisburg 26th, Southern Virginia NTS, Wesley NTS
