In their inaugural season both as a program and the CAC, the Knights look to make an immediate impact. Southern Virginia features a young core of talent behind James Baldwin, Jonathan Dye, Gordon McCreadie, and Connor Moore. The team will look to have a strong showing as they continue to set personal best and program records.
In their inaugural season both as a program and the CAC, Southern Virginia looks to perform at its highest level of the 2019-20 season. Emmy and Macy Waite lead the women's team after providing consistency throughout the year. The Knights will look to several of its younger talents to have some of its best times of the season.
