Geneva, N.Y. – The Salisbury University field hockey team had two players honored on the 2023 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American teams, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.

Mack Dinopoulos and freshman
Marli McDorman were among the 48 players selected to the All-American teams by the NFHCA.
Dinopoulos was named to the NFHCA All-American Second Team after being named to the NFHCA Region VI First Team a month ago. She started every game for the Sea Gulls, contributing 16 points on four goals and eight assists. Her assist total earned her a share of the second most assists in the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C).
The Lusby, Md. native adds another accolade to her 2023 season after also being named to the All-C2C First Team.
McDorman earns a spot on the NFHCA All-American Second Team after a stellar freshman campaign. She was named the C2C Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the NFHCA Region VI First team. During the regular season, she was named the C2C Offensive Player of the Week and was tabbed as the Synapse Sports Rookie of the Week.
The Pocomoke City, Md. product led the Sea Gulls with 26 points, earning her a share of the fourth-most points in the C2C while also scoring the fourth-most goals in the conference with 10.
Salisbury finished the 2023 season with a 14-5 record, making its 29th consecutive and 38th overall NCAA Division III National Tournament appearance.
