Jacoby is one of Fifty-five student-athletes from 39 different schools who have been voted to one of three 2025 NFCA Division III All-America teams.

Jacoby, the senior from Lusby, Md., posted a .438 batting average starting every game for SU this year. Jacoby led the Sea Gulls in batting average, hits, doubles, and slugging percentage. She posted 57 hits in 130 at-bats with 44 RBIs, 12 doubles, and eight home runs.

"I am so proud of Carrie and the season she had," said Sea Gull head softball coach Lacey Lord. "She has been a consistent threat in the lineup all season and really throughout her career! To become an All-American is such a huge accomplishment.  Her body of work this season was a great accomplishment, and I am thankful the committee saw that too!"

Jacoby played a key role in helping Salisbury finish the 2025 season with 36 wins and a fifth consecutive NCAA regional championship. She finishes her career with 174 games played, 447 at-bats with 164 hits, earning a .367 career batting average, along with 18 home runs and 122 RBIs.

The NFCA All-America teams are voted on by the Association's All-America Committees. In Division III, the committee is comprised of one member head coach from each of the NCAA's 10 regions. All student-athletes who were nominated by a member head coach and voted to the first, second or third team All-Region squads were eligible for All-America consideration.
Salisbury University is a proud member of NCAA Division III with primary membership in the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference, along with affiliate membership in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (football, men's & women's swimming) and the Coastal Lacrosse Conference (men's lacrosse). With over 500 student-athletes in 23 varsity sports, SU is recognized as one of the nation's most competitive intercollegiate athletics programs regardless of division, featuring dedicated coaches and staff that foster excellence on and off the field. The Sea Gulls have won a combined 23 team national championships, 24 individual national championships, and 205 conference championships, and have produced 51 Academic All-Americans.
