Christopher Newport Captures Fourth CAC Women's Cross Country Championship

Christopher Newport's Samantha Dickerson and Monica Lannen finished in third and fourth positions, respectively, to lead the Captains to their fourth overall CAC women's cross country title on Saturday at the 2019 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Women's Cross Country Championship at Reservor Park on the campus of York College. CNU scored 51 points to edge York who finished runner-up with 55 points.
York Hosts CAC Cross Country Championships This Saturday

The 2019 CAC Cross Country Championships will be hosted by York College at Reservoir Park (adjacent to campus) in York, Pa. on Saturday (Nov. 2). Race time for the men's 8k is 11 a.m., followed by the women's 8k at noon.
