Southern Virginia freshman Michael Myers was named the CAC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after placing second at the Seahawk Invitational at St. Mary's. Meyers clocked in on the 8k course with a time of 27:25.43, only three seconds behind a Division I runner from George Washington.
