2018 CAC Cross Country Championship Preview

The 2018 CAC Cross Country Championship meet will be hosted Southern Virginia at Vista Links Golf Course in Buena Vista, Va. on Saturday. Race time for the men's 8k is 11 a.m., followed by the women's 6k at noon.
On men's side, Christopher Newport will aim for its fourth-consecutive CAC crown on Saturday. On the women's side, York is seeking its third-straight title.
