Gallaudet junior CARLISLE ROBINSON (Carmel, Ind./Carmel) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week after winning three events in the teams season-ending meet vs. Notre Dame (Md.). Robinson won the 200 freestyle (2:08.91), 200 butterfly (2:35.50) and the 500 freestyle (5:47.00).

Marymount sophomore ANNA MACEDONIA (Annandale, Va./Bishop OConnell) and Mary Washington senior NINA SAWYER (Warrenton, Va./Liberty) were selected the CAC Womens Swimming Co-Athletes of the Week after every race over the weekend and leading their respective teams to victories.

Mary Washington junior ADRIANA LESIUK (Bensalem, Pa./Nazareth) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week after winning six CAC races as the Eagles downed Marymount and St. Marys to clinch their 20th-consecutive undefeated CAC dual meet record. Lesiuk recorded unrested season bests in both the 50 and 100 freestyle races in both meets. Friday against Marymount, she also contributed to the victorious 200 freestyle relay team while Saturday, at St. Marys, she helped the Eagles to the win in the 400 medley relay.
York Freshman Alex Minsky Named CAC Women's Swimming Athlete Of The Week

York freshman ALEX MINSKY (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) was were selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week after winning three individual events and contributing to one victorious relay in two meets. Minsky took top honors in the 100 breaststroke (1:15.00) and 200 breaststroke (2:42.79) in Yorks non-conference victory over Elizabethtown. The next day, Minsky repeated in the 100 breaststroke (1:15.19) and was a member of the 200 medley relay team.

Marymount sophomore ANNA MACEDONIA (Annandale, Va./Bishop OConnell) and St. Marys freshman KELLY HEYDE (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) were selected the CAC Womens Swimming Co-Athletes of the Week. Macedonia captured first place and registered an NCAA B cut in the 100 backstroke at the F&M Invitational, touching the wall in 59.32. She also placed 3rd in the 200 backstroke (2:12.02), 5th in the 50 freestyle (24.98) and was part of four point-scoring relay teams. Heyde also won one event but also registered two CAC records, two school records and posted four NCAA cuts at the F&M Invitational. She took top honors and set school and conferences records in the 400 IM in a NCAA automatic qualifying time of 4:28.39. She also posted second-place finishes and registered NCAA B cuts in the 200 butterfly (2:05.57) and the 200 IM (2:10.39).

Mary Washington junior SARAH CROCKETT (Toano, Va./Lafayette) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week for the third time this season after registering eight NCAA qualifying marks, set in five individual events and three relays at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational. She recorded an automatic national qualifying time in the 200 freestyle (1:52.12), and broke a school record with an NCAA B cut time of 58.80 while finishing seventh in the 100 backstroke. She also posted NCAA B cuts in the 500 freestyle, 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle individual events.
St. Mary's Freshman Kelly Heyde Wins Her Second CAC Women's Swimming Athlete Of The Week Award

St. Marys freshman KELLY HEYDE (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after winning three gold medals at Washington (Md.). She touched the wall first in the 200 individual medley in 2:13.59 and claimed first place in the 100 butterfly in 59 seconds flat. Heyde also won the 100 backstroke in 1:03.52. She is now 3-0 in the 200 IM while holding the CACs top time in the 200 IM, the 200 fly and the 1000 free.

Mary Washington junior SARAH CROCKETT (Toano, Va./Lafayette) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after winning two individual races, contributing to a pair of gold medal relay teams and setting pool records in all four races as the Eagles swept a CAC tri-meet at York Friday. Crockett captured top honors in the 200 freestyle (156:49) and the 200 backstroke (2:11.41) and was a member of the victorious 200 medley relay (1:53.87) and 400 freestyle relay (3:45.54) teams.
St. Mary's Freshman Kelly Heyde Selected For CAC Women's Swimming Weekly Award

St. Marys freshman KELLY HEYDE (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week after registering five individual first-place finishes, including a school-record and NCAA B cut performance in the Seahawks opening week of the season. Heyde opened the week with wins in the 200 IM (2:13.24), 500 free (5:22.19) and 1,000 free (10:53.97) as SMC topped Catholic. In Saturdays win over Marymount, Heyde broke the SMC record and posted a provisional national qualifying time in the 200 butterfly (2:07.71), added a win in the 200 freestyle (2:00.64) and swam the first leg of the victorious 400 medley relay.

Mary Washington junior All-American SARAH CROCKETT (Toano, Va./Lafayette) was selected the CAC Womens Swimming Athlete of the Week after recording four victories in UMWs first two meets of the season. Crockett, the 2008 CAC Rookie of the Year, swept the 100 freestyle (54.44), 200 freestyle (1:58.08) and 500 freestyle (5:21.59) in the Eagles season-opening victory over Washington & Lee. She then picked up one of just two UMW wins against NCAA Division I William & Mary, touching the wall in the 100 freestyle in 54.63.
