St. Mary’s junior ELAINA KOHLES (Bel Air, Md./The John Carroll School) was selected as the CAC Women’s Swimming Athlete of the Week for Dec. 10, 2013. Kohles captured three individual gold medals and contributed to a relay victory as the Seahawks finished fourth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Randolph-Macon.

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Marymount junior CASEY THOMAS (Seaford, Del./Sussex Tech) was honored as the CAC Women’s Swimming Athlete of the Week for Nov. 26, 2013 after leading the Saints to a non-conference win over Randolph-Macon with three golds. Thomas claimed top honors in the 200 IM, 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay in helping Marymount to its third straight victory.
York's Casenya Stone Earns CAC Women's Swimming Weekly Honor

York junior CASENYA STONE (Annandale, Va./The New School of Northern Virginia) was named the CAC Women’s Swimming Athlete of the Week for Nov. 19, 2013. Stone won a pair of individual events and was part of a winning relay team in the Spartans’ meet against Washington & Jefferson last weekend. She captured victories in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and also contributed to the first-place 200 freestyle relay team.
