The 2019 CAC Indoor Track & Field Championships begin Friday (Feb. 15) inside the Freeman Center on the campus of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. The two-day event will open with six field events beginning Friday at 4 p.m. with running prelims starting at 4:30 p.m. The remainder of the field events and running event finals will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday morning with an awards ceremony to follow the conclusion of the meet at approximately 2:15 p.m.

Christopher Newport looks to continue its winning streaks in both genders, with the women looking for their sixth-straight title and the CNU men seeking their fourth consecutive crown.
