YORK, Pa. -- Southern Virginia freshman Rylee McKeon was named CAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week for Oct. 14, 2014.

Southern Virginia freshman Rylee McKeon was named the CAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after running a season-best 5k time of 21:05 en route to sixth place at the Hornet Harrier Invitational. McKeon's 5k time was the fastest for a Knight runner since Southern Virginia transitioned to Division III in 2012.
