Southern Virginia freshman Rylee McKeon was named the CAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after running a season-best 5k time of 21:05 en route to sixth place at the Hornet Harrier Invitational. McKeon's 5k time was the fastest for a Knight runner since Southern Virginia transitioned to Division III in 2012.
