YORK, Pa. -- Mary Washington senior Alex Anderson was named the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for Nov. 11, 2014.

Mary Washington senior Alex Anderson was named the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week after having a hand in three first-place finishes as Mary Washington edged Randolph-Macon on Saturday. He swam the leadoff leg of the winning 200 medley relay, which touched the wall at 1:38.11. He then won the 200 yard backstroke at 1:54.94, and swam leadoff on the 400 yard free relay, which clinched the meet with a first place time of 3:14.65.

Salisbury topped Frostburg State 155-48 in CAC action last week. Freshman Stephen Arcidiacono tallied two first-place finishes, in the 400-meter medley relay and the 100-meter butterfly ... York picked up a quad meet sweep of St. Mary's, Dickinson, and St. Vincent on Saturday in York. The win over Dickinson was the first over the Red Devils in over 20 years.
