Christopher Newport senior Camry Green was named the CAC Player of the Week after helping the Captains to their third straight win to open the CAC season and sixth straight overall. Green picked up her seventh double-double in nine games played this year, tallying 14 points and 13 rebounds with three blocks and two steals in a win over Wesley. She shot 63.6% from the field in CNU's only action of the week.

Salisbury is ranked 21st in the WBCA/USA TODAY Top-25 and 23rd D3hoops.com rankings ...  Christopher Newport's Sam Porter joined Camry Green with a double-double in the Captains' victory over Wesley - Porter's first career double-double - marking the first time this season a pair of CNU players each had double-doubles in the same game ... Senior Erin Drumheller kept Mary Washington undefeated in CAC play this week with a 79-40 win over St. Mary's. She scored 11 points and added four rebounds and three steals in 26 minutes off the bench for UMW. Brianne Comden and Kendall Parker each scored 12 for the Eagles in the victory, as the Eagles held their third opponent of the year to 40 points or less ... Haley Riebling matched a career-high with four three-pointers in St. Mary's only game of the week.
