The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) announced the addition of Melanie Robotham as Assistant Commissioner.

Robotham arrives at the C2C following a 17-year stint at the Lone Star Conference in Division II. She started as Director of Media Relations in 2006, added the title of Assistant Commissioner prior to the 2010-11 academic year, and was named Associate Commissioner for Championships and Communications in September 2021.

She oversaw all facets of communications for the NCAA Division II conference, including maintenance of the LSC official website and social media accounts.

Robotham administered several conference championships including the league's 16-team basketball tournament played at a neutral site, volleyball, golf, softball, cross country, and track and field.

She organized the annual LSC Women's Workshop, which provides a professional development opportunity for women in the league.

Before joining the conference staff, Robotham was the sports information director at Texas Woman's University for two years.  She worked in college athletics since 1998, including stops at Division I Arkansas and Division II South Dakota and TWU.

A softball student-athlete, Robotham earned a bachelor's degree in 2001 and a master's degree in 2003 from USD.
