The Richard C. Cook All-Sports Award will be presented annually to the conference member accumulating the highest percentage toward the award during the academic year. The award will be representative of the "total" athletic program as determined by the conference and should be recognized as a symbol of excellence. 

Point System
Commissioner’s Award points are awarded based on each team's finish in C2C championships. The championship of each sport will receive points equal to the number of teams in the sports, minus any associate members who do not count toward the standings. The actual amount of points earned is then divided by the amount of possible points for each school based on conference-sponsored sports to determine their overall percentage.
