Eleven CAC men's lacrosse players were honored as United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-Americans on Tuesday, including three from Salisbury on the first team.

Landing on the first team from the CAC Champion Sea Gulls were senior Knute Kraus along with juniors Thomas Cirillo and Preston Dabbs. This marks repeat All-America honors for all three SU standouts. Dabbs makes his third-straight appearance on the squad and second straight on the first team, Kraus was a second team pick last season, and Cirillo was named honorable mention a season ago.

Additionally, eight CAC players were named honorable mention. Four from Salisbury earned the honor, including sophomore Carson Kalama and seniors Sean FitzgeraldMarty Wallace, and Austin Kemp. This is the first All-American honor for all four players.

Also claiming honorable mention All-America accolades were York senior Tyler Hutson and the Frostburg State trio of junior Tom Kraemer and seniors Chris Rios and Zach Burkhardt

The USILA also announced its Scholar All-America team in conjunction with the All-America performers, with five from the CAC landing on the Scholar squad. Salisbury's Kemp, Wallace and Kraus earned the distinction along with Frostburg State's Burkhardt and York's Hutson.

The Scholar All-America team recognizes student-athletes from USILA member institutions who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically and as citizens of their communities.
