Four CAC swimmers, two men and two women, have qualified to participate in the 2014 NCAA Division III Swimming Championships from March 19-22 at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis, Ind.

Mary Washington, the 2014 CAC Champion in both men's and women's competition, will send three swimmers to the national meet - junior Alex Anderson, senior Amber Kerico and senior Jessica Singer, while York sophomore Kyle Walthall will also compete at nationals.

Anderson, the two-time CAC Swimming Athlete of the Year, will look to defend his national championship in the 400 IM, and will also compete in the 200 IM and 200 butterfly.

The first York swimmer to earn a berth in the national championships, Walthall qualified to swim in both the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke. A year after earning CAC Rookie of the Year accolades, Walthall shared CAC Swimmer of the Year honors with Anderson this year.

Kerico and Singer each qualified for three events. Kerico will compete in the 200 and 100 breastroke, as well as the 100 butterfly. Singer will swim in three freestlye events, the 1650, 200 and 500.
