Mary Washington Men's Tennis Falls to #4 Kenyon in NCAA Tourney Third Round
The 21st ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team fell behind early, getting swept in doubles, and dropped a 5-0 decision at fourth ranked Kenyon College on Sunday in the third round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. UMW finishes with a record of 16-13 on the season.

After a 45 minute delay to start the match, all matches were moved indoors, with six singles not starting. Junior Sam Wichlin fell at two singles, 6-1, 6-2, to move the score to 4-0, and Tyler Carey fell at four, 6-0, 6-3, for Kenyon's clinching point. UMW's Alex Blakhin won his second set before play was stopped, and freshman Evan Charles won his first set, 6-4.

Freshmen Donato Rizzolo and Evan Charles will advance to play in the NCAA Division III national doubles tournament on May 25-27 in Cary, N.C.
