York senior Nathaniel Hoskins (Gap, Pa./Pequea Valley) was named the CAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week after leading the Spartans to a non-conference victory over Gettysburg last Thursday. Hoskins picked up two critical points for the Spartans in the 6-3 win, teaming with Jake Greenstein to earn an 8-1 victory at No. 3 doubles and securing a 7-5, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles.
Mary Washington Junior Tyler Carey Earns CAC Men's Tennis Weekly Honors

Mary Washington junior Tyler Carey was honored as the CAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week for March 25, 2014. Carey defeated the top-ranked singles player in the nation, Carnegie Mellon’s Abhishek Alla, 6-4, 1-6, 6-4, in the Eagles 6-3 setback on Sunday. Carey also teamed with Evan Charles for a pair of wins at No. 1 doubles in a 1-1 week for Mary Washington.
