Five C2C Standouts Selected for NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships

The NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Committee announced the participants in the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships.  Five Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) standouts qualified: 

  • UC Santa Cruz: Eric Anderson, Men's Mile
  • Christopher Newport:
    • Katie Stevens, Women's Weight Throw
    • Wade Dunkelberger, Men's High Jump
    • CJ Reeders, Men's Triple Jump
  • Salisbury: Rashawn Markman, Men's Triple Jump

The championships will be held March 8-9 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with Norfolk State University serving as host.

For each men's individual event contested, including the heptathlon, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the competition. For each women's individual event contested, including the pentathlon, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the competition. For each relay event contested, the top 12 declared relay teams, one per institution, were accepted into the competition.
