Briefly, what is your background in the sport you play?
I have been playing basketball for longer than I can remember. I grew up watching my older brother and sister play basketball. I played on different Travel and AAU teams including the Maryland Elite in high school.
What is your major in college, and what is the most important thing you learned in that discipline?
I am a nursing major. The most important thing I have learned is how to communicate with all different types of people.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is Fireside Lounge. I love having a comfortable and quiet place to study and it's close to Coolbeans where I can get coffee and a snack. Fireside often has events going on where they will give out free stuff to students.
Outside of your home and campus, where is your favorite place visit?
My favorite place to visit is anywhere with a historical significance. I have visited many places that have been important in America's past such as Gettysburg, Monticello, Mount Vernon, Fort McHenry, Harper's Ferry and Washington, D.C.

The most memorable experience during my collegiate athletic career is winning the CAC championship last year and hosting the first round of the NCAAs. It was such an exciting time to be part of Salisbury Women's Basketball.
What is the most important societal issue facing college students?
The most important societal issue facing college students is the skyrocketing costs of a college education. After graduation from a four year university, students have to start paying back tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands in student loans while struggling to find an entry level position in the workforce.
If you could change any one item in the world (in your personal life, school, community, amateur or professional sports, national/international issue, etc.), what would it be, why, and how would you do it?
I would like to change a world-wide issue such as hunger. There is so much food in this world that is wasted but still some people do not know where their next meal will come from. If I could change it, I would make sure that food isn't wasted. Everyone should be able to go to bed at night without being hungry.
What is your favorite form of entertainment?
I like watching TV. It allows me to just relax and not have to think about anything. I like watching reality TV because it is something completely different than my life.
If you could give one piece of advice to elementary school children, what would that advice be?
Enjoy every moment! Time goes by so quickly and before you know it, you will be an adult. So enjoy being young while you still are.
Outside of the CAC, who or what is your favorite sports person or team?
My favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens. I have always been a Baltimore sports fan and have grown up watching the Ravens play.
