Four C2C Women’s Basketball Standouts Named WBCA All-Americans

The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced today that four Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) women's basketball players have been named to the WBCA Coaches' All-America team.

Christopher Newport's Anaya Simmons was named to the All-America team. 

CNU's Sondra Fan, Mary Washington's Jordan Carpenter, and UC Santa Cruz's Kaylee Murphy were honorable mention selections.

In addition, the Captains Bill Broderick was a finalist for WBCA Coach of the Year.

The Player of the Year and the 10-member Coaches' All-America team in each division are selected by a committee of WBCA member coaches in that division.  Click here for WBCA releases.
