2006 CAC Women's Soccer Tournament Bracket Released
The York (Pa.) women’s soccer team will enter the 2006 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) women’s soccer tournament as the number one seed. The Spartans will face eighth-seeded Gallaudet in the quarterfinal round. Catholic finished as the number two seed and will face seventh-seeded Goucher. Salisbury and St. Mary’s (Md.) will enter tournament play as the number three and four seeds, respectively. The third-seeded Sea Gulls will host #6 Marymount (Va.) in the opening round of the tournament while #4 St. Mary’s (Md.) will play host to #5 Mary Washington in the final first round match-up. All opening round contests will be played on Saturday, October 28, at the sites of the four top seeds.
