Frostburg State Junior Adria Graham Earns Third-Team NSCAA Women's Soccer All-America Honors
The postseason awards continue to pile up for Frostburg State
women's soccer standout Adria Graham as she was named
to the 2012 National Soccer Coaches Association of America
(NSCAA)/Continental Tire NCAA Division III All-American Third Team,
Tuesday afternoon.
The junior standout becomes the first women's soccer player in the
19-year history of the program to be selected to an NSCAA
All-America team.
The All-American award is the fourth postseason accolade for Graham
as she was named the 2012 Capital Athletic Conference Offensive
Player of the Year for the second-straight year, a First Team
All-CAC honoree and she was named to the Capital One Academic
All-American First Team.
Graham led the CAC and finished 11th in the nation with 54 points
behind a CAC best 23 goals and eight assists. She registered three
hat tricks on the season, scored four goals and had four assists in
six conference games and had five-game winning goals.
Heading into her final year in 2013, she is tied for third in
program history in career goals (51) and is tied for fourth in
career points (114).
Graham, one of just three Academic All-Americans for the women's
soccer program, carries a perfect 4.00 grade point average in
athletic training, is a four-time Dean's List student and is a
two-time CAC All-Academic honoree.
Graham helped the Bobcats to a 14-4-2 overall record, the CAC
Championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance.
